Buildex® Acrylic resin adhesive ensures strong adhesion and weather resistance, securely bonding stone granules to aluminum zinc steel plates. Regular glue,despite its cost effectiveness, lacks adhesion strength, causing granule leakage over time and in varying temperatures.Additionally, its surface may change under specific weather conditions.

 

Alu-zinc steel

Buildex® uses Alu-zinc steel for its roof products, which have been proven to outlast ordinary galvanized steel by 6-9 times in tests. They're pioneers in utilizing Zn-Al-Mg Steel, ensuring long-lasting roof tiles. Main materials include AZ150g/m2 and AZ120g/m2 in Aluminum Zinc, offering superior rustproofing and durability.
